- Seller Score: is the #1 indicator of your online reputation and performance. Maintain a high Seller Score and increase it before Black Friday to unleash your potential.
- Jumia Express: Sell more with less effort and enjoy free delivery to customers.
- Sponsored products: Boost your best sellers, deals or new products with sponsored products for more sales.
- Smart Quality Check: Process and drop off the right products to avoid your products from failing QC at the hub.
- Volume Restriction: Ensure none of your orders are cancelled as out of stock to avoid daily order limits.
- Packaging Guidelines: Package all items according to our packaging guidelines.
- Packaging Materials: Order your packaging material online to ensure you have enough to handle orders during Black Friday
- Assortments: Increase your products to enjoy more sales and carry out a regular stock update on Seller Center.
- Returns: Pick up your returns from the hubs so that we can prepare them and our warehouses for the upcoming campaign.
