To increase the security of returned packages picked up be vendors or their representatives and ensure an ever improving vendor experience, we have launched the new return- to- vendor paperless process which allows vendors to create and credential that identifies who picked up their returned packages at the return to vendor stations in all drop off locations

Jumia support personnel will be available at all the return to vendor stations to provide assistance where needed.
