- Once your request is done:
– Once your request has been accepted by Jumia, you will receive an email notification for the next 30 days reminding you to collect your returns failure to do so the returns will be forfeited
-Once you’ve received your items, you should check your items to ensure all are okay. In case of any issues, please raise a claim at the warehouse with our team before leaving with the item, then raise a claim to use via the raise a claim button on Vendor Center within 24hour.
