Keeping Your Catalog Healthy: 90-Day Cleanup for Unapproved Listings

Overview
Jumia now runs a regular cleanup of listings that are never approved or never go active on the marketplace. This helps keep the catalog clean, relevant, and easy for customers to browse.

What’s happening
A listing is removed if it is never approved and never active within 90 days of creation. Starting 30 days before removal (day 60), affected listings will show a status flag in your seller account so you can easily spot them.

How to find flagged listings
You can view all flagged listings by going to Products – Manage Products and selecting the [Pending Deletion] button.

What you need to do
Nothing, unless you want to keep a flagged listing. To keep it, complete or correct the listing and resubmit it for quality check before it reaches 90 days.

Timing
Listings that have already passed 90 days will begin to be removed by end of September.

We encourage you to review your catalog now and take action on any flagged listings.

This cleanup is now a regular, ongoing part of keeping Jumia healthy.
