In order to ease your operations and make your life easier, we introduced an E-contract. Your contract will be stored directly in your Seller Center. No paper, no issue.Thanks to E–Contract, you can directly accept to the terms and conditions of Jumia in your Seller Center, with 1 click.
Incase of any contract update a pop up will appear on your seller center as you log in as below
Go through the contract and click on accept .
Please note – You will lose access to your seller center account if you dont accept the contract within 14 days.
You can also accept contract updates through your seller center profile. Click on Settings>Your Profile and scroll down to the last part of your profile page.
Click on Accept agreements to sign the updated contract.
